For actually showing me that you may have potential, I mean there are some idiots I sit down with that aren't even capable of learning how to do a simple tween.. Otherwise, your timing is shit, that's what mostly bothered me. You could work on everything, start with your art.

You might want to consider making these little how to's/tutorials a bit more visually appealing when you make them in the future. Also it would probably be a good idea to make all frames progress manually instead of automatically, as some of the frames move forward too quickly.

You need to slow down the animation a little bit, it's also extremely choppy.

A tip : Draw your own characters, and learn how to use FLASH.

Basically, you need to learn a lot (nearly everything) if you ever want to be even half serious about making a real flash movie.

I say you get Chad to register an account here on Newgrounds and have him start submitting his own work for himself, because I found this to be quite humorous, evil crows, falling to your doom to steal anothers parachute, the unexpected helicopters that cut you into gibs.. Funny unique game, good work, CHAD.
